Central to this mission is our commitment to minimize data we need to store and be completely transparent about the data we collect about you in order to provide the Service. This Privacy Policy applies when you use our Services as described in the Terms and Conditions

Synopsis of the Service: Our Service is designed to help schedule meetings quickly. Our customers use the service to share consolidated information across multiple of their calendars with their contacts to find suitable meeting times. The customer must explicitly authorize read-only access to each calendar to be looked up. Customers can then share selected calendar data with their contacts (in the form of a unique link) to help schedule a meeting.

Data We Never Store

The Service is built to ensure that your calendar information is NEVER stored on any storage belonging to this service. The service uses server-less technology to display calendar data on demand. The data is pulled in real-time from your calendar provider and sent to your authorized users based on your configuration.

Data We Collect and How it is Used

Contacts and Authorization Tokens

In order to enable the Service to query your calendars, you will be required to explicitly authorize this Service to access your calendar data. The authorization results in your calendar service provider issuing an encrypted OAuth token to this Service. The encrypted tokens are retained in the database for the Service for displaying the calendar data to your authorized users. The Service also stores any other information entered on the management console such as your email address, and the email addresses of your contacts. While it is recommended that you use email addresses to identify your contacts, it is not a requirement. You may chose non personally identifiable tokens to generate the unique links and share them with your contacts.

Cookies

The Service stores Cookies on your browser to optimize the login process, improve performance and temporarily store configuration elements. This service does not use nor provide data from cookies and similar technologies that track your behavior on the sites of others for ad targeting and other ad-related purposes.

Service Use

This Service Logs usage data when you or your users access of the service. This includes the time of access, IP addresses and performance metrics. When you arrive at the service, we may also log the URL from where you arrived, type of web browser and plugins, and time zone for the device. This data is required for ensuring security, reliability and optimal performance of the service. The data may also be used to help debug customer specific issues.
